1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with cosino, accessing the cosino platform, or placing any bet or wager on the cosino website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the cosino Privacy Policy and any additional rules or conditions applicable to specific games, promotions, or services made available through the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the cosino platform, including but not limited to registered account holders, players participating in promotional events, and visitors accessing the cosino website without a registered account. Use of the cosino platform by any person constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a cosino account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. cosino strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years old.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and where access to cosino is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you place bets or access your account.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued self-exclusion register or have been previously excluded from cosino for any reason.
• You must not be an employee , contractor, director, officer, or agent of cosino or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.

cosino reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, and any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold pending verification.

If you no longer meet these eligibility requirements at any time after registration, you must immediately stop using the cosino platform and notify cosino support. Continued use of the platform while ineligible constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the cosino platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your cosino account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

cosino is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point cosino determines additional verification is required, you will be asked to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or UMID card);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership for the GCash, Maya, or bank account linked to your cosino account.

cosino reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false, fraudulent, or altered documentation is a serious violation of these Terms and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cosino Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

cosino strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP through your cosino account settings;
• Log out of your cosino account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify cosino support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

cosino will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. All transactions completed using valid login credentials will be treated as authorised by the account holder unless cosino is notified of a security breach prior to the transaction being processed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All cosino account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). cosino does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Deposits made through GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ are credited to your account in PHP at the time of confirmation.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable method-specific limits are displayed in the cosino Cashier at the time of transaction. Deposit processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya deposits are generally credited instantly. Bank transfers and over-the-counter methods may take up to one (1) business day.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. cosino processes withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days of approval. cosino reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Restrictions. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements have been met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

cosino reserves the right to reverse, delay, or decline any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cosino may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all cosino promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Each promotion is available once per eligible player, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds upon expiry;
• cosino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

Bonuses credited in error must be reported to cosino support immediately. cosino reserves the right to correct any errors in bonus crediting without prior notice.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the cosino platform — including slots, live dealer games, video poker (including Jacks or Better), bingo, crash games (including Aviator), and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are available within each game interface or in the cosino help centre.

cosino's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified for fairness by the relevant certification body applicable under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Live dealer games are operated by licensed live casino providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and video poker titles are published in the respective game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, cosino reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's account. cosino's decision in all disputes arising from technical issues is final, subject to the complaints procedure described in these Terms.

Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are binding. cosino reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result has already been determined at the time of placement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cosino platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referral to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false personal information, submitting fraudulent identity documents, or misrepresenting your age or location;
• Money laundering — using the cosino platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities;
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer or multiplayer games;
• Use of automated software — employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the cosino platform on your behalf;
• Exploitation of errors — deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or miscalculated odds that are clearly the result of a technical fault rather than intended game design;
• Chargebacks — initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your GCash, Maya, or bank account after funds have been deposited and used on the platform;
• Bonus abuse — as described in Section 6 of these Terms;
• Underage gambling — accessing or attempting to access the cosino platform by any person under 21 years of age.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cosino platform — including but not limited to the cosino brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the property of cosino or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cosino platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any cosino content without the prior written consent of cosino.

Game content made available through the cosino platform is licensed to cosino by third-party game providers. All rights in such content remain with the respective providers. cosino makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cosino shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the cosino platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

cosino's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cosino account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cosino does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. cosino will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by cosino's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data

cosino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at cosino.bet/privacy-policy. By registering a cosino account, you consent to cosino's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cosino collects personal data including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and improvement of the cosino platform.

13 Amendments to Terms

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the applicable PAGCOR regulatory framework governing online gaming.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the cosino platform, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and cosino. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

You agree that any claim you may have against cosino must be filed within one (1) year of the date on which the cause of action arose, after which such claims are permanently barred.
